I love this diary. We often don’t think about things and just go though the actions of our days. This diary is great to make you think about positive things you can do in the day and think about how you coped with your day and how you can deal with situations better next time.

Meet the creators

The Positive Planner is the brainchild of Ali and Finn, two women brought together by the isolating experience of ill mental health who are now on a mission to help others in the same boat and combat the stigma linked around the topic of mental health.

Bringing people together

We offer regular workshops in our beautiful Georgian studio just off the Royal Crescent in Bath, as well as at a variety of quirky venues across the UK! We love collaborating on workshops to bring you a collective and varied mix of weird and wonderfulness!
