Yesterday we popped up at @wellnergy festival and enjoyed talking to people about the power of writing down their thoughts and taking time away from screens to simply put pen to paper. 

The affirmation cards were a huge hit and we had some very deep and meaningful conversations from allowing people to pull one for the day! ♥️

Just like our feelings the weather was VERY changeable but it didn’t stop us from making the best out of it ✨

What are Mandalas & how can we use them? 🧘🏾

Mandalas are described as ‘yoga for the mind when the body is too tired’. As ancient symbols of unity and wholeness, they hold a lot of symbolism and their sacred designs actually hold a lot of significance in the realm of psychology, thanks to the pioneering work of Carl Jung...

According to Jung, mandalas symbolise the self – the core of one’s being and the unconscious mind. They represent the journey towards wholeness and self-realisation.

Carl Jung incorporated mandalas into his therapeutic work as tools for healing and self-discovery. He believed that creating or meditating on mandalas could lead to greater self-awareness, emotional balance, & spiritual growth.
