I absolutely love this journal! I’ve been using it since the start of summer holidays and it has made me reflect and ensure that I look after me but it’s ok to have off days. It’s so interesting seeing the tracker on my moods and now after 6 weeks I’m really seeing patterns occur and able to understand my triggers. I love the moments when you can colour or do exercises on breathing or encouraged to write! It’s definitely my new routine and will continue to buy this journal over again!
