Returning your order

We hope you love everything you purchase from The Positive Planner… but if something isn’t quite right you can choose between a refund or exchange.

UK returns are completely FREE for any reason whatsoever. We will refund you in full once the items have been safely received at our HQ in Bath.

For a refund or exchange orders must arrive back to us no later than 30 days from the date you received your item. Items must be returned to us in the condition that you received them in.

It can take 5 to 10 working days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank. Please keep in mind the travel time for the item to reach us. We will not refund any order until the item is safely received at our HQ. We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned items.

Refunds are processed via your original payment method for the value of the goods only. Postage charges are not refundable. You will receive a courtesy email from our Returns Department once your refund is complete.

We have two easy to use services with Royal Mail to return your item. To send the item back with their fully Tracked 48 service, please click the button below, and follow the steps provided.

Alternatively, you can post the item back to us using a regular second class service at your local post office – please include your name and order number.
