Returning your order
We want you to be as thrilled with your purchase from The Positive Planner as we are, but if something isn’t quite right, let us know! You can choose between a refund and exchange.
Postage on UK returns is free and there are two easy-to-use return services. For a 48hr fully tracked service, click on the link below and you’ll be redirected to Royal Mail where you can download a ready-to-print label. Alternatively, you can use a regular second class service from your local post office.

We’ll let you know when we’ve received your items and issue a refund to your original payment method (this can take 5-10 working days, depending on your bank).
Please note, postal costs from your order are non-refundable and items must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery and be in the same condition you received them. We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of any returned items.
