The Positive Student Planner is the first dedicated student wellbeing planner and journal and the newest member of our planner family! Co-created with leading UK mental health charity Samaritans, students and student mental health expert Dr Dominique Thompson. This 12-week planner is a screen-free way for students to tackle the overwhelm.

How to use The Positive Student Planner

This is a planner with a difference and there’s one key thing to remember: this planner is your planner and you decide how to use it! You do you! There is no right or wrong way to do this. The journal is specifically designed to help students tackle the issues they often find challenging, there's no pressure to fill it all out at once, jump in and out as you like.
